CFP: "Portrayals of the Working Class in Dickens and Lawrence"

The Dickens Society and the D.H. Lawrence Society of North America invite papers for a joint panel on
this topic. Papers comparing the two writers are especially welcome. Abstracts of 250-300 words and a
brief curriculum vitae.
Deadline for submissions: Saturday, 19 March 2022
MLA 2023 will take place in San Francisco from 5-8 January.
